Piezo-electric inkjet print heads from Spectra
with a small 30 pico liter drop (50 pico liter
optional), 6 colors (C, M, Y, K, lm, lc). Print
heads scan across the media - dot placement
is controlled by a precise encoder strip.

Media Feed Control

Inks
One litre bottles of environmentally friendly
UV curable inks capable of printing on a wide
range of coated and uncoated rigid and roll-toroll
media.
Ink Curing System
Long lamp life, dual UV lamps for complete
bi-direction printing. UV lamp power controlled
by switches to match print speeds.
Automated Print Head Maintenance
On-demand and automatic head purging at
the start of printing. High nozzle reliability with
non-drying UV inks. Two-way valve flushing
system for each printhead to provide quick
cleaning before or after extended idle time.

Gap Control
Simple crank mechanism and a gap scale
to adjust for media thickness of up to 2.5 cm.
Enclosed System
Self contained to provide a dust free print zone
for high nozzle reliability and minimize operator
exposure to UV light.
